I had a large new canvas that I'd picked up for 50 cents at the thrift store, so decided to use that. And instead of painting each letter like I have on my other signs, I used contact paper. It was a little tedious to cut 'em out and stick 'em down, but rewarding to peel them off after painting the yellow and have nice crisp letters.
Anyway, I love the quote itself and decided to hang it in my studio. Did you know it's from a Bob Marley song?
Meanwhile, Ben has been busy acquiring lumber to use for some wooden signs--more tomorrow!
